Tongue-and-groove joint block + bracket

Scope of application
Blocks made by us are suitable for erecting load-bearing
interior and exterior walls as well as partition walls. They feature high compressive strength while maintaining high thermal performance.
Our company ensures compliance with ecological requirements and materials for residential and public construction.
The aerated concrete, from which our blocks and U-shaped lintels are made, is non-combustible and resistant to fungi, bacteria, and mold. The warm aerated concrete blocks are lightweight and easy to process and install.
Assortment
The blocks are available in two variants: with a smooth side surface and with a tongue-and-groove joint surface and mounting bracket, and in 3 varieties:
450, 550 and 600.
Also, by using prefabricated autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, we increase the insulating properties of a cast lintel compared to a lintel cast in a conventional formwork.
Our range also includes prefabricated U-shape lintel blocks suitable for constructing lintels in load-bearing walls.
These U-shape blocks function as lost formwork:
the reinforcement is laid inside the block.

Autoclaved aerated concrete features a large amount of air in pores giving it high thermal insulation properties. Studies show that blocks made with fly ash have a very low heat transfer coefficient λ (lambda). This makes Variety 600 and 550 as warm as wood, Variety 450 is almost three times warmer than wood.
Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks fulfil ecological requirements as a material for housing and public buildings (kindergartens, schools, hospitals, etc.).
The compressive strength makes it possible to erect buildings of up to 3 stories without additional load-bearing structure (depending on the variety of autoclaved aerated concrete). Autoclaved aerated concrete buildings remain durable for generations.

Yes, Prefabed autoclaved aerated blocks can be joined using any type of adhesive or mortar.
It is recommended to store our products on a hard surface in piles, not more than 2 pallets. Protect from secondary moisture.
